We are looking for fun, athletic, and confident people to join our team of BOOTCAMP and SPORTS Instructors!
$95-$115/hr
The team at Army & Spy Parties have been running Bootcamp/ Army / Sports themed events for kids all over Sydney, since 2002.
We take the usual training and sports based games, and put our own twist on the sessions, by adding in character based story lines.
This means taking a standard Bootcamp and adding Army/FORTNITE flavour, complete with NERF/Laser gun battles and dance-challenges.
Or we take the usual soccer drills and turn it into a penalty shoot-out, in a bid to be the next Lionel Messi!
We are looking for fun and exciting people to help us ‘train and entertain‘!
Role
- Bootcamp/ Sports/Commando Instructor
Rate of Pay
- $95-$115 for the first hour (depending on skills/experience), then $60 for every subsequent hour
- ALL TRAINING IS PAID
Who are you?:
- Perfect for training up for Cert III, Cert IV in Personal Training, Gym Instructor, or Group Exercise trainer.
OR - Anyone studying to be a Teacher, particularly Primary Teaching, studying a Bachelor of Education or Masters of Education with a focus on PDHPE or Sports of any kind.
OR - Anyone who is fun, exciting, high-energy, and can lead a crowd!

Hours Required
- We’ll give you 3-5 sessions per weekend, with every session paid at $95-$115 for the first hour (based on experience), then $60 for every hour after!
- Most sessions are 60-120mins in duration
- Our sessions are booked between 10am-4pm, both Saturdays and Sundays
The events we do at ARMY & SPY PARTIES cover a variety of themes, including:
- Army
- Sports
- FORTNITE
- Bootcamp
- Spies
- AFL
- Soccer
- Union
- Olympic
- …plus many others!

Description of duties:
- Entertaining at children’s parties, corporate events, fetes (and anywhere else Superheroes are needed!)
- Provide entertainment dressed as one of our character’s – costumes provided
- Follow our party format, but adding your own wit, charm and physical prowess to the role!
- Emphasis on
- Tug-of-war
- Team games
- Obstacle Courses
- Sports skills
- NERF/ Laser/ Sports
- All with a twist of the character
Skills required:
- You must be enthusiastic, exciting, and outgoing.
- Patient and good with kids.
- Car and licence essential.
- Above all, you must be willing to have fun while leading a group of kids in Sports and Army/Bootcamp themed activities.
Experience required:
This role is perfect if you are studying to be a PT or Teacher, or if you just really love Sports or BOOTCAMPS
No formal experience necessary, though we do only want fun and outgoing people.
Hours required:
Weekends mostly, generally 3-5 sessions per weekend. Must be available Saturday and Sunday between 10am-4pm.
Location:
Based in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs (Moore Park), however we work Sydney wide.
